Introducing Ikon Hosting

Over the years we noticed the same problem with almost every organization we worked with. The website was hosted in one place. The domain was registered somewhere else, often under a former staff member's email. Invoices arrived by email and got lost. And every so often, a domain renewal was missed and the site and email went dark.

None of that is a technology problem. It's an organization problem. So we built something to fix it.

Why we built it

We've always said hosting is a promise, not a product. Part of keeping that promise is making sure you can see what you have, what it costs, and when it renews, without having to ask us.

It doesn't replace us. There's still a real person behind every site, watching the servers, running the backups, and answering when you need something. Ikon Hosting just means you're never in the dark about your own digital infrastructure.
